Invisible design: why the best UX goes unnoticed
Sofia Lind
The best digital products disappear. People remember what they achieved, not the buttons they pressed.

When a product works perfectly, nobody notices the design. That invisibility is the goal — and it’s much harder to reach than it looks.
Remove friction, not features
We map every journey end to end and look for hesitation: a confusing label, an extra click, a slow load. Each fix is small; together they transform the experience.
“If users notice the interface, it’s in their way.”
Test with real people
Five usability sessions will reveal more than fifty internal reviews. We test early, often and with people who’ve never seen the product.
